We had a wonderful stay for our girls weekend! The layout of the home was perfect and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location was also fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and quick to help with any questions we had during our stay. We are looking forward to staying here again!

We have vacationed in Destin each of the last 10 years, and in 6 of those, we have stayed in the Destiny by the Sea neighborhood. We just love it there. This year was our first year to stay right ON the beach, and we cannot say enough positive things about our experience of staying at Spiaggia. The entire focus of our week was toward the beach and the Gulf – we hardly ever left the house. We were super comfortable, and the house was immaculate upon our arrival. An added bonus…you simply will not find a more friendly and accommodating host and team than Mark! Wonderful all the way around – wish we could give SIX stars!

We had an awesome stay with our family of 16, plenty of room for everyone. Everything was as advertised. Upon our arrival we were met by Mark who was absolutely the best. He was the best host I’ve ever worked with (we’ve been vacationing over 35 years). He was very responsive to any questions I had prior to our arrival and any question during our stay. He walked us through the house and explained everything we would need to know and made sure all the codes (garage, house, bikes) were working. The beach chairs and umbrella set up each morning was great. Thanks for letting us share your house and making our family vacation so memorable!

Our stay at Spiaggia in Destin was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful Italian-style architecture and the breathtaking ocean views right from the house.
The location couldn’t be better — literally steps away from the beach with easy, direct access. The house was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The spacious layout, elegant design, and perfect amenities made it feel like a luxury home away from home. My entire family had an amazing time, enjoying the serene mornings on the balcony, fun-filled afternoons on the beach, and peaceful evenings watching the sunset over the Gulf. We loved it so much that we’re already planning our next visit. If you’re looking for a top-of-the-line beachfront rental in Destin, Spiaggia is absolutely perfect! Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable beach getaway. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Can’t wait to come back!

If you want the BEACH to be your focus on your vacation this is the beach house for you. The house easily accommodated my family, my brothers family and our Mom and Dad. That was 15 in all! We love the balcony views of the incredible Gulf beach and it’s white soft sand. We get our own private beach with two umbrellas and 4 chairs that were provided by the company for the private beach. The beach house also has some chairs we were able to bring out as well…
